FAMILY LIFE
Lloyd and Harriet, along with their children Joe, Scarlett, and Willa, live and work in this breathtaking coastal bay.
For seven generations Harriet’s family has cared for this land, honouring its natural beauty. Today, that legacy continues — a life shaped by the sea, the land, and a deep commitment to family, tradition, and the great outdoors.

FARM LIFE
Lavericks Bay is a working sheep and beef farm where the seasons shape daily life. Sheep are raised for both meat and wool, while cattle are farmed for beef. Regenerative practices guide much of the work here, with a focus on improving the health of the soil, land, and animals.

If you’re staying with us, you’ll likely see shepherds moving stock, repairing fences, checking water, or working in the yards. Dogs, bikes, and stock work are part of everyday life, often set against the backdrop of the bay. Spring brings lambing and calving, summer is shearing time, and throughout the year the flow of farm work continues, always connected to the land.
